Having high and effective cardiac output will help you increase the production of red blood cells in your body. These new red blood cells will take up oxygen in the blood and will provide the body with much-needed energy. Cardiac endurance improves the speed at which your heart can pump blood throughout your body. This will help increase your maximal oxygen consumption. Muscular Strength

Don’t underestimate the importance of flexibility. Flexibility is an integral part of bodybuilding and fitness. It is the ability of each joint to move over the range of motion that is available to that joint. Body Composition
