  • Blinking is another easy activity. Adults and kids do not blink regularly enough, resulting in eye issues. Encourage your youngster to blink regularly to keep his eyes moist.

Healthy Habits

  • Give him nutritious food. As far as possible, avoid feeding him junk food, processed foods, aerated beverages, and refined sugar.
  • When your youngster is reading or studying, make sure there is enough light or natural light.
